Renee Oswald grew up on the south side of Chicago in the Mt. Greenwood neighborhood,   where she also raised her twins, Julie and Joe.  Now she has 3 wonderful grandchildren, Leanne, Cody and Andrew. She worked for an accounting firm in downtown Chicago and then in the mortgage industry for 20 years before becoming a hypnotherapist and meditation teacher. She is a 20 year resident of Orland Park and involved in the community.

Now Renee is an IHEAL Practitioner, a Certified Hypnotherapist, a Reiki Master, and Access Conscious Facilitator, President of the Board of Directors for the Gathering Lighthouse (a non-for-profit) and  2016 President of the Board of Directors for the Orland Park Area Chamber of Commerce.  

Renee has taught meditation classes at Dr. Principe's office in Palos Hgts and also family meditation classes at The Gathering Lighthouse in Lombard.  She will be teaching meditation classes at The Orland Park Library on Thursday mornings for the month of May 2016.

She feels her running marathons may be in the past, but her claim to fame is completing 7 Chicago marathons and 1 Milwaukee marathon.  November 2014 she completed the Willis Tower Climb and earlier in 2014 she completed the Warrior Dash.  (Never to do the Warrior Dash again. LOL!)

Renee has hypnosis clients who come to her home for sessions.  She also has a Monday night group of great people who come for classes about everything and anything.  They talk about and experience group hypnosis, group meditation, changing your life based on positive self talk, coloring Mandelas, making vision boards and many other fun, different, wonderful, crazy things.

How Can It Get Any Better Than That!
